Site Exclusive is a purchasing agency, not a manufacturer and therefore, gives warranty as per the warranty issued from the manufacturer.

Repairs
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it’s more than 15 calendar days since receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair. Product has to be taken to the respective manufacturer service center for further analysis and repair.
