DELIVERY POLICY

When an order is placed with us, we will do our best to get your items to you at the earliest possible.

Order Processing:

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation and order # via email. (Based on your location you will be notified about the estimated date of delivery)
• Your items will be then packed and made ready for shipping.
• Once the items are handed over to the courier company, you will be notified via email.
• You can check the details of your shipment in the “Track your order” option simply by putting the Order ID that is provided to you upon order confirmation.

We have outsourced multiple shipping service providers to give several options for our customers to choose from. Your shipment can be tracked through the service providers tracking system for a more precise delivery time frame. Upon processing the shipment, the customer will receive the tracking information of the shipment to track with the shipping service provider.

Delivery within UAE
UAE orders will be delivered on the same day or maximum the following working day.
*Depending upon the stock availability at the time of placing the order.

International shipping (outside UAE)
Site Exclusive is aligned with Emirates Post and several other local companies to deliver international shipments to our customers across the world.

Estimated delivery time

• UAE – 1 to 2 days.
• GCC Countries (Oman, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar) – 2 to 4 days.
• International- 4 to 8 days.

• Based on shipping county, the delivery time may change.
• International shipping may incur taxes, local duties, brokerage or any other local government or third party fees, which shall not be included in the freight quote. Those charges are the sole responsibility of the consumer (consignee) of the goods. Please, check your local laws relating to consumer fees, duties, and taxes.
